FLIXTIME

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

FLIXTIME is an informational catalog for Android TV featuring movies, TV series, actors, and cast members. Explore information about films and series and discover the actors who appear in them.

This policy describes how the FLIXTIME Android TV application processes data. For privacy-related questions, contact us at flixtimegroup@gmail.com.

Account information

When you register, the application sends your entered display name, email address, password and app installation identifier to the server. Signing in uses your email address, password and installation identifier. This information is used to create your account and authenticate access to it.

Session credentials and returned account information are stored in encrypted form on your device. Your password is not included in the locally saved session data.

You can browse the catalog without signing in. Some features, including your profile and favorites, require an authenticated account. The application also retrieves and displays the package or subscription status associated with your account.

Content preferences and search

Search text is sent to the catalog server to retrieve matching results. The favorites feature processes identifiers of content you save to your account.

If viewing history already exists for your account, the application can retrieve, store locally and display that history, including saved content identifiers and progress.

Device information

Device registration includes a locally generated installation identifier, app and operating-system versions, manufacturer, model, brand, screen dimensions, language, time zone and the country specified by your device's locale settings. This country value is not a precise GPS location.

This information identifies the app installation, associates it with account access and supports device-dependent features.

Voice search

When you use voice search, the application invokes an available speech-recognition service on your TV and receives recognized text. Audio may be processed by that service provider under its own terms.

Diagnostics and third-party services

The application uses Sentry to help identify technical problems. Diagnostic information may include crashes, application-not-responding events, technical error traces, device information, and app startup and performance measurements. This processing is not limited to users who are signed in.

Sending screenshots and view hierarchies to Sentry is disabled. Additional filters remove certain user and request fields and sensitive values. This does not mean that all diagnostic information is completely anonymous.

Technical diagnostics may also be sent to FLIXTIME's server and may include account and device identifiers.

The trailer feature uses a YouTube integration. Speech-recognition services and YouTube may also process data under their own policies. You can read the Google Privacy Policy and Sentry Privacy Policy for information about those providers. Questions about diagnostic data submitted by FLIXTIME should be sent to our contact address below.

We retain personal data associated with your account until you request its deletion. This account-related data is not automatically deleted solely because time has passed.
